BOOKING POLICY Clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability. Appointments can be made via online booking system or in person with me. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your booking is secured. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Last minutes add-on or requests may not be able to accommodate due to your service time frame. So please be mindful and book it accordingly. LATE ARRIVAL PLEASE call or text me if you anticipate being late so we can try to accommodate your schedule. A 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time, or it may be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed. ***Please note: A late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15–20 minutes late to your appointment.*** CANCELLATIONS Notice Period is a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients. NO-SHOW A no-show will be result in forfeiting your deposit. Repeated no-shows may lead to cancellation of future appointments. Please notify me if you cannot attend within 12-24 hours of the scheduled time. EXTRA GUESTS Space is limited. If you do need to bring your extra guests/child to the appointment, please make sure that him/her has to be in the suite through the appointment time, be mindful, and use inside voices so we don’t disturb any of other members in the building. REFUND All deposits are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in cases of service errors or cancellations by me. If you’re are unsatisfied with the service, please don’t hesitate to let me know before you leave. DON’T WAIT! After 5 days, it will be charge for as repair.

Cancellation Policy
